Telangana Elections 2023 – Rahul Gandhi starts campaign with a Bus Yatra


Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra launched their campaign for the Telangana assembly elections with a bus yatra on Wednesday. They landed at Begumpet Airport at 3:30 p.m. and took a helicopter to the Ramappa temple. After making offerings at the shrine, they started the bus yatra, address a rally, and interact with women.

Priyanka will return to New Delhi after Yatra, while Rahul will remain in the state and attend events. A bus yatra will travel about 30 kilometers to Bhupalpally. The three-day Yatra will cover eight constituencies on the first day. Rahul participated in public gatherings in Peddapalli and Karimnagar, meeting with Singareni Collieries employees on the second day. He will participate in a meeting of farmers in Jagtial on the final day of the Yatra.

After the rally, according to a party source, Priyanka Gandhi will return to New Delhi, but Rahul Gandhi will stay in the state and continue to attend events.

Telangana Assembly Election 2023

Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, leaders of the Congress, launched the party’s campaign for Telangana assembly elections on the 30th of the following month with a bus yatra on Wednesday.

Rahul and Priyanka landed at Begumpet Airport at 3:30 p.m.

At 3:30 p.m., a private flight carrying AICC leaders Rahul and Priyanka landed at Begumpet Airport. They then took a helicopter to the Ramappa temple.

According to party sources, after making offerings at the shrine, they started the bus yatra and addressed a rally. “After the rally, Priyanka will return to New Delhi, but Rahul will stay in the state and continue to attend events,” they said.

Both Congress leaders arrived at the Ramappa Temple at 4:30 p.m.

Rahul Gandhi will remain in Bhupalpally tonight, according to Danasari Anasuya, also known as Seethakka, a Congress MLA from Mulugu. “They’ll arrive at the Ramappa Temple at 4:30 p.m. and speak at a public gathering around 5:00 p.m. After that, a bus yatra will travel about 30 kilometers to Bhupalpally,” she said.

The three-day Yatra

The three-day Yatra started Today (October 18)
# It covered eight constituencies on the first day (October 18), according to sources in the Congress.
# On October 19, Rahul Gandhi will participate in public gatherings in Peddapalli and Karimnagar (night halt) and meet with employees of the state-owned mining company Singareni Collieries.
# On October 20, he will participate in a gathering of farmers in Jagtial and attend events in Armoor and Nizamabad, among other locations.

Rahul Gandhi plans to speak to farmers of sugarcane and turmeric in Armoor as well as the Nizam Sugar Factory in Bodhan during his trip to Telangana.
