In the first Bloody Daddy teaser, Shahid Kapoor has seen himself taking down a group of thugs. On June 9, Jio Cinemas will premiere the movie.

Here is the official trailer for Shahid Kapoor’s upcoming movie Bloody Daddy. The action thriller, which was directed by Ali Abbas Zafar of Tiger Zinda Hai, features Shahid fighting off several thugs in a hotel over the course of a single night. Diana Penty and Sanjay Kapoor are also featured in the teaser.
What’s in the Trailer?
Shahid Kapoor and Ali Abbas Zafar’s first joint project is called Bloody Daddy. The teaser depicts Shahid Kapoor walking into a hotel’s dim hallway wearing a black suit and using a knife to kill some thugs.
The subsequent scenes demonstrate Shahid’s character’s desire for vengeance in response to a personal crisis. The teaser quickly moves on to demonstrate how “cops, family, and lots and lots of blood” are involved in the action.

Fan’s Reaction On Social Media
Social media users responded enthusiastically to the teaser. Many people remarked on the extent to which Shahid’s character and the teaser looked like the Keanu Reeves-starred John Wick films.
“Desi John Wick,” a user wrote, while a different one said, “John Wick vibes.”
A fan commented, “John Wick + Rocky handsome ka combination lag raha hai.” Looks like a cross between John Wick and Rocky Handsome’s character.
“Blazer pahen ke battle kya kar li.. sab john wick kar rahe… This means kuch bhi,” another user commented.
The fact that it looks so good makes me eager to see it, by the way. “John Wick in 144pb,” said another.
Shahid Kapoor’s Statement
Shahid had mentioned his enjoyment of acting in the movie to PTI during a discussion about it. “Having fun was all I wanted. Working with Ali was fun, and I had a blast making the action movie. He has a thorough understanding of the genre. The current challenge is how to handle a large-scale production on a big screen if it’s being done on OTT. It has been a blast, but we need to figure that out,” the 42-year-old actor stated.
About the Film
The 2011 French film Nuit Blanche will be officially remade as Bloody Daddy.
At a recent Jio Studios event called Infinite Together, it was announced when the film’s release date would be. From June 9, Jio Cinemas will offer the movie directly in digital format. Rajeev Khandelwal, Diana Penty, Ronit Roy, and Sanjay Kapoor are among the other actors in the film in addition to Shahid.
