Animal, a gangster thriller starring Ranbir Kapoor, has been delayed since its release on August 11. The film’s current release date is December this year. Animal teaser will be released on September 28, with the movie running a two-month promotional campaign before its premiere on December 1. Sandeep Reddy Vanga, the director, cited the delay because of the film’s complexity and the number of songs. The movie will be available in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam, with productions by T-Series, Bhadrakali Pictures, and Cine1 Studios.

“The filmmakers are now engaged continually to release the Animal teaser later this month on 28, Ranbir’s birthday,” according to the most recent sources. According to a source, “The teaser is still under construction, and the plan is to release it on RK’s birthday. Even though a rough cut is final, it heads to post-production for finishing touches. On Ranbir’s birthday, the team will present all the fans with an epic teaser, even if it is secure, which it most likely will be. If a teaser fails to deliver, the plan is to release another asset, such as a poster, motion poster, or something unexpected.”
Why was the movie delayed, according to Sandeep?
Sandeep posted a video to Twitter ( now X) which stated, “Why did we put the release date off? The level of excellence is the only justification. Although it may seem like a generic response or answer, the fact is that only quality.”
He added, “For instance, the movie contains seven songs: seven songs multiplied by five languages equals 35 songs. It will take a little longer than expected because there are 35 songs, different lyricists, and different singers.”
