After a brief and short lived peace in Manipur violence broke out once again after 2 students were found killed. This event triggered another round of violence in the state that is under tension and extreme violence since May 2023. The failure of the center BJP govt and state BJP govt is being questioned as the government is not yet able to contain or resolve the issue in Manipur where close to 170 people have been killed since May and that too is the official record.
